tours. Prices are guaranteed once bookings

How you can make the payment.
|
|
Full payment is due before departure on the jungle
tour. Payment is made to the tour operator in
Manaus either prior to departure or when you are
picked up to leave on the tour. Payment is in
traveler's cheques or cash (Brazilian Real,
American dollars or Euros) (credit cards not
accepted). |

We have included in our tours
activities that we think are enjoyable and enable
the visitor to truly experience the Amazon rain
forest. Due to unavoidable conditions of the environment like poor weather or natural disaster,
the activities in the package may change. |
About Booking Confirmation and Flight
Information

We provide a booking form for you to book your
package. This allows us to book your stay in a
jungle lodge or hotel in Manaus and arrange for
necessary transportation. Please include all the details about your arrival time
in Manaus so someone will be at the Manaus
International Airport waiting for you to take you to
the hotel, jungle lodge or river boat. |
Accommodation

All provide clean and comfortable accommodation but
the level of service varies with price. |
Services We Provide

We include in our package price a transfer from the Manaus
International Airport to the hotel, jungle lodge or
river boat upon your arrival in Manaus. Tour
packages also include all transportation on the
tour, accommodation, food and a guide. We can
also
arrange hotel reservations for our customers in case
they want to stay in the city for a few days before
the tour starts. We also can provide a city tour. |
Cancellation

If for any reason you decide to cancel your tour, you
should send us an email at least fifteen days in
advance so we can cancel any tour or hotel
reservations. |

The tours in Manaus are provided by third parties.
We work with tour operators who supply the
accommodation, transportation, and guides for the
tours described in this web site. |
Your Airline Ticket
|

Your are responsible for arranging your flight to
Manaus. If for any reason your flight is
changed, please contact us immediately so that we can
provide alternate arrangements for the tour. |
Privacy

We respect the privacy of our customers and any
information given to us is only provided to the tour
operators providing the service in Manaus. It
is not sold or distributed to other third
parties. In the event that you choose to send
us photos for our web site, we would be pleased to

country. Sometimes it is hard to decide what place to visit,
especially in such a big country.
So just pick the province that you think is the most
interesting for your own tastes - if you like beaches
you probably need to start from Rio de Janeiro or Recife, and if you are nature fanatic you may
start from the Iguazu Falls and end up in the Amazon
in a jungle lodge or on a river boat. Those inclined for the arts and history
should visit the town of Ouro Preto or spend
some time in Bahia. Don't forget that a visit to one of the
Samba schools is possible even if it is not
